Barn Lights/Chandeliers/Hanging Linen
The barn lighting is included as well as the two antique hanging chandeliers. There are white hanging linen from the massive barn doors that will stay as well.

Arbor and Decor
The Arbor and the decor on the arbor are included.

Wood Bar
Wood Bar in the barn for serving and storing beverages.

Get Ready Spaces- Bride and Groom
The Bride and Groom have getting ready spaces on separate floors of the farmhouse with heating and air-conditioning. A bedroom for changing is also available.

Indoor Restrooms
Two indoor restrooms are included very close to the reception and ceremony area. One on both floors of the farmhouse.

Conversation Rooms
There are five indoor conversation rooms that all have very unique farmhouse characteristics, including a sunroom surrounded by mountain views! Photographers claim its a photographers dream venue!
08 Free Parking
We have plenty of parking in the front yard of the farmhouse.

Long Rental Period
The venue is yours! You have full access to the venue for 8 hours. Lets discuss what 8 hours between 10am-10 pm you would like to reserve!

Simple Payments
50% deposit to hold your date and 50% due one month prior to your event.
